Board Member, ISACA Romania Chapter

Tiberiu has extensive experience in cyber security in both the public and private sector, managing technology, operations, governance and compliance. Besides his involvement in the continuous development of the IT security professionals in Romania along ISACA, he holds the position of Security Program Manager with Secureworks. Previously, he coordinated the operations of CyBourn’s Bucharest-based Security Operations Center, serving clients across the European Union, leading integrations, monitoring and incident response. Tiberiu has been part of CERT-RO, Romania’s National Computer Emergency Response team, where he was part of the team that drafted the first pieces of legislation on the NIS Directive in Romania. Tiberiu holds a  CISM certification and an MSc and BSc in International Business.
