CIO Council Board Member

Having more than 20 years of IT experience, 15 years in financial institutions management, George Lazăr was more than 10 years IT Manager in several Romanian banks.

George coordinated numerous complex IT projects, mostly in the banking industry. His expertise covers both IT and  business areas: banking processes, application development, security, critical infrastructure , strategic planning, budgets, risk analysis, project management and people management and so on.

He graduated Mathematics (in French Language) in 1997, Cybernetics in 1999 and the MBA program from City University of Seattle (România) in 2009.

George is Board Member of the CIO Council since 2012.
